The HOA has hired CSC Security to patrol the community 7 days a week. CSC will help with not only security concerns, but will assist in enforcing the HOA Rules & Regulations (ie: trash, parking). If after hours, please report issues or suspicious acitvity to CSC Security.

 

Remember maintenance is due on the 1st of each month and a late fee is assessed on the 11th. Please make your payments in a timely manner to avoid additional fees.

 

If you are tired of writing a check every month the HOA will directly debit your account each month for the maintenace. To sign up for the this program complete the ACH form and submit to Colonial Bank.

 

Were are experiencing many issues with residents parking their vehicles on the grass. These vehicles have caused major damage to the irrigation system which leads to major repairs.

THIS IS COSTING YOU MONEY!!! if you see someone parked on the grass report it to the HOA. These type of violations will not be tolerated or taken lightly. Owners who rent your units, be sure that you inform your tenants of the same.
